They were able to come out and measure the very next day. Billy was on time and very courteous. I went to the show room to select my materials and was greeted right away. Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like they were genuinely trying to help me find what best suited my family, not just the most expensive materials. My overall experience was very pleasurable. I will definitely use Zimmerle floors in the future.
