- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 01, 2020, by Rachel DoxeyI spent $600 getting yeti cups "laser engraved" and ALL of the emblems came off after being hand washed once. I was literally wiping the emblem off in front of them with my finger. I was told the"best"they could do was bring all of them back in to be redone. They were gifts and I told them it was absolutely impossible to get them all back in. They refused to do anything else to make it right(I asked for a refund on them). I WAS a big advocate for them. Never again.
